Jean-Charles Boisset founded the JCB Testing Salon in 2011. For the longest, the founder had the dream to champion the history of California wine, and this dream came to pass for this company when the state’s first premium winery became a part of Boisset Family Estates. JCB Tasting Salon continues to grow with their various introductions. In 2011, the JCB tasting lounges were introduced in St. Helena. These lounges were introduced in 2015 at the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco, and it was introduced in Yountville in 2016 which also includes the épicerie Atelier Fine Foods. Other tasting lounge introductions include the JCB Salon Privé in Yountville in 2017 and in Healdsburg in 2018.
With the JCB Tasting Salon, you will experience a one-of-a-kind retail store and tasting room. They use an approach to unite the style, luxury, and wines of Napa Valley that are created and curated by Jean-Charles Boisset.
